Support propane operations in Williams Lake with strong administration, customer service, and cloud ERP skills at Borealis Fuels & Logistics. This full-time branch role supports Central British Columbia.
As an Operations Administrator, you will support the corporate operations group and local branch team. Your work covers safety, compliance, logistics, customer management, and records. Borealis serves residential, commercial, and industrial propane customers across North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for operations and branch activities
- Facilitate client requests and customer management in ERP software
- Maintain safety, inspection, maintenance, and compliance records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis
- Coordinate correspondence, communication, procurement, and HR tasks
- Strong administration, communication, and coordination skills
- Safety, compliance, and logistics experience
- Strong computer and cloud ERP system knowledge
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- High school degree; business administration degree preferred
