Use cash-handling and public-service skills as a part-time Casino Cashier supporting guests, payouts, and slot operations at Gateway.
Gateway seeks a customer-service professional for front-line casino support. You will manage a cash float, verify jackpot payouts, provide change, and assist guests with slot machines. The work also requires following internal controls, company policies, and provincial gaming procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash floats for guest transactions and payouts
- Verify jackpot payouts and provide monetary change
- Report violations to the appropriate level
- Maintain knowledge of slot operation policies
- Support casino promotions and ongoing initiatives
- Experience handling cash and serving the public
- Ability to multi-task in a team environment
- Basic slot machine knowledge is an asset
- Willingness to develop skills and follow industry insights
- Ability to obtain BCLC, AGLC, or AGCO registration
