Mill Maintenance Foreman

Lead mill maintenance crews safely at Gibraltar Mine near McLeese Lake, BC, coordinating planning, execution, environmental compliance, and workforce development. Relocation to Williams Lake is required.

Reporting to the General Foreman, the Mill Maintenance Foreman oversees maintenance activities supporting operational, environmental, and budgetary objectives. This full-time position involves concentrator outage planning, weekly maintenance coordination, employee development, and continuous improvement. Trekor Metals Limited operates Gibraltar Mine as a North American copper producer.

• Coordinate crews according to weekly maintenance plans
• Ensure safety rules, procedures, and concerns receive timely attention
• Support concentrator outage planning with the planning department
• Monitor environmental objectives and company procedures
• Oversee training, performance reviews, and approved improvements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Red Seal Trade Qualification and demonstrated technical performance
• Three to five years related base metal or processing experience
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Valid Canadian Driver’s license and Microsoft Office knowledge
