Retail Customer Support Associate

Support retail customers with professional communication and practical solutions as a Customer Service Associate at The Brick. This position reports to Operations Management.

The Brick is expanding its service team and seeking an associate who can handle inquiries, follow up on customer needs, and strengthen loyalty. Daily work includes reviewing order reports and completing other assigned duties. Candidates should demonstrate team orientation, multitasking ability, organization, and proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and all required shifts is expected.

• Provide courteous and professional responses to customer inquiries
• Identify customer needs through consistent follow-up
• Deliver exceptional support that promotes customer loyalty
• Review daily order reports and complete follow-up
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven multitasking and organizational ability
