Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper support for invoices and cheque requests

• Calculate accurate sales tax and self-assessments

• Match invoices to approval batches systemically

• Process payments for contractors efficiently

Requirements:

• Background in administration or accounting preferred

• 1-2 years of relevant experience desired

• Proficiency with advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite

• Strong numerical accuracy and organizational skills
