Key Responsibilities:
• Check baggage and manage excess baggage charges
• Answer calls and handle flight reservations
• Resolve service disruptions and offer alternatives
• Process cargo shipments efficiently
• Assist passengers with accessibility needs
Requirements:
• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication skills for difficult conversations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Comfortable using computers and payment systems
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds
