School Psychologist

Position: Full-Time School Psychologist Opportunity
Join Cariboo-Chilcotin School District as a full-time School Psychologist starting September 1st, 2026. Support students and collaborate with teams to enhance academic and social skills.

This position requires a Master’s degree in school psychology, along with certification from the BC Association of School Psychologists. You will play a vital role in assessment and reporting, indirectly impacting students, school staff, and parents. Your expertise will enhance educational strategies and support the personal development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and team assessments for students

• Collaborate with school teams to design supportive plans

• Report on student progress and evaluation outcomes

• Enhance social and adaptive skills through interventions

• Provide insights and recommendations for the education system

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in school psychology or related field

• Certification with BC Association of School Psychologists

• Teaching certification with BC Teacher Regulation Branch

• Proven experience in education assessment practices

• Qualified to administer Level C tests for evaluation
