Teach kindergarten full time in British Columbia with verified BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification and kindergarten experience. This temporary assignment begins immediately.
School District No. 27 offers a temporary kindergarten teaching assignment until the incumbent returns or June 30, 2027, whichever comes first. The FTE may decrease when the incumbent returns. Applicants need kindergarten teaching training and experience, plus valid certification or possible Letter of Permission consideration. Salary follows the current grid, BC TQS verification, and verified previous service.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach kindergarten during the temporary assignment
- Work full time at the assignment’s initial FTE
- Continue until the incumbent returns or June 30, 2027
- Accommodate a possible FTE decrease after the incumbent returns
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Valid BC Teacher Regulation Branch Certification
- Kindergarten teaching training and experience
- Possible Letter of Permission consideration through the Teacher Regulation Branch
