Rehabilitation Worker in Long-Term Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data to identify resident needs

• Transport clients to and from therapy sessions

• Monitor participation in therapy interventions

• Maintain accurate records and daily statistics

• Conduct environmental safety inspections regularly

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in a rehab therapy program

• Current First Aid and Food Safe Level 1 certification

• Fluent in English communication

• Experience with senior care preferred

• Available for shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday
