Adult Day Service Worker | Bus Driver

We are currently seeking a passionate Adult Day Service Worker | Bus Driver to join our dedicated team in the Adult Day Services program at Deni House in Williams Lake.

As an Adult Day Service Worker | Bus Driver, your role is vital in helping older adults and individuals with diverse abilities remain active, engaged, and connected to their community. Working as part of a caring, client‑centered team, you will support clients with daily living activities while leading and participating in meaningful recreational, social, and life‑skills programs that promote independence, well‑being, and quality of life.

In this role, you will safely transport clients to and from the Adult Day Centre and community outings, creating positive experiences both in the program and out in the community. Every day offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, encourage participation, and make a lasting difference in the lives you support.

Deni House is located adjacent to Cariboo Memorial Hospital and embodies a client‑centered philosophy designed to support clients’ choices, help people function at their highest level and provide the best quality of life possible. The facility consists of 28 beds divided among permanent residential, short‑stay/convalescent, respite, and palliative care beds. It hosts a mixture of elderly and younger patients in a smaller setting that allows staff to get to know the clients.

A Recreation Coordinator is onsite to plan activities.
