Make a meaningful impact as a full-time Rehabilitation Assistant at Deni House in Williams Lake. Collaborate with therapists to support patient recovery and rehabilitation plans.
This temporary role, lasting until April 2027, requires working Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00. As an integral member of the multidisciplinary team, you will assist in implementing rehabilitative treatment plans and evaluating patient progress under the guidance of experienced therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement rehabilitative treatment plans effectively
• Assist therapists in monitoring patient progression
• Support multidisciplinary team activities for clients
• Engage with patients to encourage recovery
• Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
• Completed Rehabilitation Assistant Program or equivalent
• Valid Class 5 Vehicle License, if applicable
