As a Scheduler at Gibraltar Mine, you will work closely with maintenance supervisors and operations teams to develop short- and long-term maintenance plans. Your focus will be on efficient scheduling that reduces production interruptions while ensuring all resources are available.
Experience with tools like 4
Site and Microsoft 365 will be essential to track maintenance activities and coordinate critical tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Chair weekly stakeholder scheduling meetings
• Develop and manage a four-week rolling maintenance plan
• Use 4
SITE for maintenance management
• Compile and distribute backlog reports
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and CMMS
• Prior experience in heavy industrial settings is beneficial
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
