Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and support employees towards safety and production targets

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Provide constructive feedback across departments

• Monitor performance indicators for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in a lumber manufacturing role

• Proven supervisory experience within mills

• Strong grasp of grading, quality standards, and processes

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication
