Position: Nursing Care Supervisor at AgeCare
Take the lead in nursing care at Age Care Cariboo Place in Williams Lake, BC, as a Nursing Care Supervisor. Oversee teams, manage care services, and promote patient well-being in a supportive environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and provincial registration. You will supervise nursing staff, liaise with healthcare professionals, and document medical changes. Collaborate with the Director of Care on best practices and ensure compliance with long-term care regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct nursing staff and care services

• Liaise with healthcare professionals, documenting orders

• Record significant condition changes in resident charts

• Administer medications and first aid as necessary

• Collaborate with the Director of Care on procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

• Registration with provincial Nursing registry

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations

• Background in geriatric nursing preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills
