The role operates weekdays from 08:00 to 16:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate a team of health support staff

• Manage the implementation of client care plans

• Perform nursing assessments and provide personal care

• Train staff and advocate for quality improvement

• Follow organizational policies and professional standards

Requirements:

• Valid LPN registration in British Columbia

• Experience in home care or community health

• Proven supervisory and leadership skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Open availability for Monday to Friday shifts
