This position values trauma-informed practice and ensures clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their needs. You'll collaborate closely with community healthcare providers to enhance patient navigation through healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer health screenings and immunizations
• Provide culturally safe and gender affirming care
• Assist with contact tracing and health education
• Collaborate with community health services
• Support clients in the healthcare system
Requirements:
• Current BC Driver’s License to fulfill travel needs
• Background in sexual and reproductive health nursing
• Commitment to social justice and equity in health
• Part-time availability, Tuesday to Friday shifts
• Experience in person and family-centered care
