Position: Deni House Licensed Practical Nurse

Deni House needs an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse for long term care, serving clients in a home-like Williams Lake setting. Bring reliable, flexible nursing practice to Interior Health’s permanent part time team.

Interior Health offers a permanent part time Licensed Practical Nurse opportunity at Deni House, scheduled at 0.84. Rotating day and evening shifts run from 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00. The position supports 19 permanent clients and nine short-stay beds for respite, convalescent, and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal and nursing care to clients
Assess clients and plan individualized care
Implement care with the multidisciplinary team
Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
Apply applicable pharmaceutical and organizational procedures

Requirements:

Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Ability to follow BCCNM standards of practice
Ability to follow unit-specific protocols
Reliable, flexible, and motivated work approach

Deliver assessment, medication administration, and personal nursing care for Deni House clients through Interior Health’s long term care service.
