Project Manager Assistant

AES Consulting Engineers is seeking a full-time Project Manager Assistant (PMA) for our Williamsburg office who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the project management team. These administrative efforts will include:

• Opportunity and project creation to include contract review, setup of electronic file structure and document storage
• Keep track of status and reporting on project progress
• Create proposals for client projects
• Run project reports for the project managers
• Assist project managers with projects, proposals, comment response letters, etc.
• Month end billings and invoicing, fill out lien waivers, work with clients on billing issues/discrepancies and coordinate with Project Manager
• Assist with answering incoming phone calls

REQUIRED: The preferred candidate will have a minimum of five years of administrative experience, strong organization and time management skills, be reliable, detail oriented and possess a willingness to learn.

PREFERRED: Experience with Deltek Vision or VantagePoint a plus.
