Job DutiesThis position tracks all tools issued and parts distributed to complete work orders and projects. Advise Supervisor of low inventory for needed supplies in advance. Issue parts when received from orders to proper personnel. Receive parts bought on PO’s set up by Supervisor as well as P Card purchases from local vendors. Maintain B&G shop areas neat and orderly throughout the week.
Keep receiving area as well as storeroom and tool supply room clean and organized. Act as a liaison between Trade Tech’s and immediate Supervisor to order supplies. Will keep records for all orders placed by Trade Techs and match with orders received for work orders and distribute them to proper personnel. Escort contracted vendors to work sites on campus and verify work is completed satisfactory.
Serve as ESH’s TMS administrator.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Experience in the utilization of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with inventory control and inventory tracking systems.
