Job DutiesProvide a customer service oriented central reception function for the hospital that disseminates routine and emergency incident information. 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Mobilize emergency services and personnel in response to crisis situations involving life or property. This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency, pandemic, or facility need.
All ESH positions are required to work different shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays, and/or overtime as required.
- Experience providing customer service.
- Experience in the utilization of the Microsoft Office Suite, online and computer data entry.
- Experience using a multi-line telephone system and various office equipment.
- Experience using law enforcement / two-way radio equipment and dispatching calls.
- Experience in a medical setting.
- Experience in dispatching calls / law enforcement.
- Experience monitoring fire alarm systems
