• Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Effectively and actively listen to each customer’s situation
• Critically think and employ problem‑solving skills
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Use customer development techniques to solicit work through phone, email, social media, etc.
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Minimum two years of administrative/customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• ‑oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive attitude
• Team player who can work independently
• Service Titan experience is a plus, but not required
• Being able to multitask

35+ hours with occasional weekends.
