Dental Front Desk Administrator

Oral and maxillofacial surgery office seeking a highly motivated, dependable team player to grow with our practice. Candidate must be detail-oriented, have a great work ethic, and share our vision of creating a welcoming and enjoyable work environment. Candidates with previous dental and/or medical office experience a plus. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.

Candidate must possess proficient computer skills and be able to work with EHR (electronic health records).

• $17 - $20 per hour

• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients
• Answering office phone
• Communicating with other dental and medical offices when necessary
• Verifying insurance information
