** fellowship-trained

* ** Education**:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
* ** Licensure**:
Licensed Medical Doctor in the
** State of Virginia**
* ** Board Certification**: ABPN or AOBNP (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
* ** DEA Certification**:
Current and valid
* ** Preferred**:
Fellowship training in
** Sleep Medicine
** and experience in
