The company primarily serves clients on the East Coast, with its corporate office located in Williamsburg, Virginia. As a member of The American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), the firm extends its professional structural engineering services across 20 states and the District of Columbia.

This is a full-time on-site role for an EIT and PE located in Williamsburg, VA. The EIT and PE will be responsible for performing engineering design for various structural projects, conducting special inspections, forensic analysis, independent plan reviews, and risk analysis. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members, meeting project deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification leading to Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• Experience with structural engineering design, special inspections, forensic analysis, and risk analysis
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment on-site
• Knowledge of engineering standards and protocols
• Experience in project management is a plus
