Product Development Co-Op - Fall

Printpack’s Product Development and Business Development team is seeking a Product Development Co-op student. This experience will provide you with a unique opportunity to work directly with Manufacturing, Engineering, Product Development and Sales on strategic growth platforms, honing your technical packaging skills as well your business acumen.

This is a full-time position located in Williamsburg, VA and will report to the Research Engineer. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience on challenging projects with the largest consumer products companies in the US.

Printpack potentially provides a $300 per week housing allowance, option to participate in the Printpack 401K plan (with company match), paid holidays, and onsite exercise facility.

• Producing and testing of prototype samples
• R&D trial coverage
• Project management
• Test method development for packaging and plastic materials

• Sophomore or Junior working towards a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering or Packaging systems.
• Classes in chemistry, polymer science, plastics processing, computer aided design/drafting, packaging, materials science engineering, and food science are preferred.
