We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our manual therapy clinic in Williamsburg, VA. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans focusing on hands‑on techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. You will work closely with patients to enhance mobility, prevent injuries, and promote long‑term wellness.
Qualifications- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (DPT/MPT)
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Virginia.
- 2+ years of experience in physical therapy, with a strong passion for patient care and manual therapy.
- NPI (National Provider Identifier) required.
- Dedication to holistic, patient‑centered rehabilitation and individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize manual therapy techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and myofascial release
- Educate patients on posture, movement, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and track progress
- Proficiency in manual therapy techniques (soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release)
- Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal assessment abilities
- Knowledge of therapeutic exercises and movement correction
- Experience with pain management techniques
- Understanding of postural assessment and gait analysis
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans
- Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols for various conditions
- Interpersonal & Communication
