We are in search of an energetic and detail-oriented, Dermatology PA to work in our professional, fast-paced dermatology office. We have a great and friendly working environment and are looking for the right candidate to join our amazing team. Position will fill quickly. We have a strongly-desired 4-day work week.

Candidates must have a profound desire to help patients, a warm smile when interacting with patients and guests, strong computer skills, multitasking skills, excellent communication skills and be extremely attentive to details.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Conducting routine exams, conducting minor procedures/biopsies, prescribing medications, collecting patient information, sending messages, documenting procedures/patient interactions, wound care, suture removals, documenting pathology results, patient referrals, faxing/importing/documenting into EHR, scribing, answering patient/lab/provider calls, etc.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Active PA license in the state of Virginia.
• Certification as a PA with prescriptive authority.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with healthcare team.
• Demonstrate integrity, adaptability, and the desire to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.
• One or more years of nursing/clinical experience.
• EHR experience is a preferred.
• Dermatology experience is mandatory.
• Must have at least 2 years of Dermatology PA experience.
