Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is hiring a Trauma Registrar
- Full Time Day schedule

The Trauma Registrar prepares spreadsheets, reports, lists, and matrixes for use in operations of department. Reviews confidential, statistical data for accuracy and safeguards all confidential facts and figures at all times.

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• Graduate of a HIM program (
  highly preferred
  )
• College graduate (Preferred)
• Bachelors Degree may be accepted in lieu of experience

• CSTR or CAISS certification (Preferred, or acquire withing 3 years)

• Administrative experience - 3 years (Required)
• HIM trained, trauma registrar experience (Preferred)
• Epic and ICD coding experience (Preferred)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy and physiology (Preferred)
