Our caregivers support clients in their homes and assist them with their day-to-day lifestyle. Whether a client requires basic companionship, or other types of non‑medical personal care, our team of exceptional caregivers are here to meet their needs.

Each Trove caregiver provides help with companion activities that may be required in a client’s home, including:

• Transportation
• Medication reminders
• Meal prep and cooking
• Light homemaking/cleaning

If you’re a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with adequate training, you can provide “personal care” services, including:

• Dressing/Grooming/Personal Hygiene
• Feeding
• Ambulation
• Bathing
• Transferring
• Toileting/Incontinence

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• Minimum of 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the Trove Care team
• Must have an active driver’s license and valid car insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
• Must pass a background check and reference screening
