The clubhouse emulates classic British‑Colonial style and provides unsurpassed hospitality and service.

• Prep food items ahead of time as requested, staying within estimated needs.
• Return unused items to designated storage; date and cover perishables.
• Assist in setting up plans to correct food‑cost problems; control waste, loss, and usage per standards.
• Date all food containers and rotate them per the food standards, ensuring perishables are at proper temperatures.
• Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line set‑up. Note out‑of‑stock items or possible shortages.
• Receive and unpack items from food vendors; date items upon arrival and pack them according to department standards.

• 18+ years old.
• High level of professionalism.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and organization skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum of two (2) years restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with a team in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
