• follow proper procedures while controlling crowds at loading and unloading
• direct traffic on roadways to park and exit busch gardens property
• assist guests with vehicular problems and give directions upon request
• follow safety procedures
• assist in upholding company standards of maintaining company equipment
• operate with guest service in mind at all times
• assist with traffic control and parking as necessary
• directing cars, buses, campers, etc. To daily assigned lots
• setting up cones in various traffic patterns as assigned by supervisor
• adapt quickly to changing work conditions to ensure timely guest/traffic flow
• report vehicle traffic and guest issues to leadership as appropriate
• maintain communication with leadership and other team members about changing traffic flow
• maintain a clean, safe work environment
• lifting and pulling trash bags from parking lots into disposals
• answer questions and resolve guest issues
• assist in other areas of guest arrival as needed
• other duties as assigned

• at least 16 years old
• ability to communicate effectively, including speaking on a microphone
• ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs.
• ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
• be exposed to fumes, dust, and/or odor
• be exposed to loud noises
• be exposed to motion
• be exposed to vibrations
