Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant

Position OverviewAs a recruiter you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent to fill our client companies' most critical staffing needs.
Responsibilities- Assist Project Managers in all phases of the recruitment process – full lifecycle recruiting
- Collaborates with Project Managers to draft detailed job descriptions, marketing materials and screening criteria
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role, industry standards, and the needs of our client organization
- Screens and selects qualified candidates
- Schedules interviews and manages candidate timelines
- Act as a coach and mentor to assist candidates through the interview process
- Collaborates with Project Managers during the offer process to negotiates compensation packages, start dates, and other pertinent details
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain consensus and negotiate win-win outcomes
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to learn applicant-tracking software. Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Word a plus
- Ability to work onsite, Mon-Thurs 8a-5p and Fri 8a-4p with one hour paid lunch
