This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of HR operations in a community-based healthcare setting, where your work directly supports both employees and residents.

• Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, compliance, and employee support
• Partner with leadership on employee relations and retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with training coordination
• Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture

• 2+ years of HR experience (healthcare or LTC/SNF preferred, but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
