CTR Group is seeking an HR Recruitment Coordinator for a Manufacturing Company in the Williamsburg, VA, area. Immediate opening and urgently hiring.
Pay Range: $20 - $25 per Hour plus Benefits

- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate recruiting calendars and communications.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System records. - Prepare candidate documentation and assist with submission packages.
- Track recruiting activities and generate reports.
- Provide administrative support to recruiters and project leadership.
- Assist with onboarding coordination.
- Help with recruiting events and employer branding (i.e. job fairs, company events as needed)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of recruiting coordination or human resources experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / MS Teams and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
