• Build and maintain a thriving agency presence by recruiting, onboarding, and supporting a team of dedicated sales professionals.
• Set and achieve realistic growth milestones that reflect the long-term potential of the Williamsburg region.
• Host regular coaching sessions to help team members refine their sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Develop localized outreach strategies that foster meaningful connections with small business owners and community leaders.
• Monitor regional performance metrics to ensure that we are consistently delivering the highest standard of service to our policyholders.
• Maintain an inviting, high-energy office culture that encourages collaboration, personal development, and shared success.

• Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license for the state of Virginia.
• Proven track record of success in independent insurance sales or agency leadership.
• Deep understanding of the local Williamsburg market and professional community dynamics.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex workflows and agent performance.
• Previous experience in mentoring or training new insurance sales talent is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
