• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow our footprint within the Williamsburg region.
• Engage with local business owners and families to provide meaningful protection through our product lines.
• Lead outreach initiatives that prioritize community involvement and authentic networking.
• Coach and inspire junior agents to hit their potential while maintaining our high standards of service.
• Review existing policy portfolios to ensure clients always have the right coverage for their current life stage.
• Maintain accurate records and report on progress toward expansion goals regularly.

• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• Proven track record of success in insurance sales or high-volume relationship management.
• Deep understanding of the local Williamsburg market and community dynamics.
• Exceptional ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• High level of self-motivation and a focus on long‑term goal setting.

Experience in mentoring or guiding others through complex projects.
