** Ability learn and execute Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures Ability to obtain Forklift/Material Handler skill set and certification Ability to use computer systems such as Microsoft office and Inventory Managing Software Ability to work with and communicate closely with online product inspectors when needed
** Education/
Experience:
** Previous manufacturing experience preferred Previous experience working with Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts preferred
Previous experience using industry standard tools (pneumatic and electrical)
Previous experience with Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.sic computer proficiency including email Ability to read and follow production schematics Math and Measurement skills

** Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Knowledge of PRISM or similar manufacturing software systems Strong analytical Skills Ability to follow read and understand product specifications Effective communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:
Ability to climb, kneel, bend, and squat Proficiency in grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor skills
Ability to climb ladders safely Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses) Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and motorized pallet jack certifications
