About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing Manager to lead content planning, brand storytelling, and growth strategies across digital and in-store channels. This role works closely with the owner and creative team to shape campaigns, launch new collections, and build meaningful connections with our community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage content calendars for social media platforms, including Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok
- Provide strategic input and creative suggestions for content creation
- Script and edit videos tailored to each platform's style and audience
- Track and analyze performance metrics to inform and refine content strategy
- Coordinate in-store events, pop-ups, brand collaborations, and influencer partnerships
- Collaborate with store and café teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
- A heartfelt appreciation for the little things, paired with a sharp eye for detail
A self-disciplined, organized individual who thrives at multitasking
A strong alignment with our company’s values and a deep understanding of our concept
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media strategy, or branding
Strong skills in writing, editing, and storytelling across platforms
Passion for design, slow living, stationery, and small business culture
Self-motivated, collaborative, and thrives in a small team environment
Flexible hours and hybrid work environment
Compensation: $25~$32 per hour,
based on experience and qualifications
