DaVita Kidney Care is expanding its Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services (DSD) to support dialysis patients in skilled nursing facilities. The team will grow the new service line, providing high‑quality clinical care while reducing the burden on patients and the health‑care system.

• Provide independent dialysis care during scheduled treatments.
• Troubleshoot and make clinical decisions regarding patient dialysis.
• Coordinate with skilled nursing facility staff and collaborate with cross‑functional resources.
• Supervise Dialysis Technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals.
• Conduct patient and family education in the SNF setting.
• Maintain clinical documentation and uphold quality and safety standards.

• Current RN license in state of practice; minimum 12 months RN experience.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program; BSN or 3‑year diploma acceptable.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word & Outlook.

• Experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis.
• Background in training, teaching, or health‑care education.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
