• Lead and support nursing staff during the weekend shift
• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care
• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off‑hours
• Be the go‑to person for staff, residents, and families alike

• Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision‑making
• A passion for elder care and a team‑first attitude
