ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care as demonstrated by the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. The standards of practice (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care - teaching and health promotion and evaluation) along with the standards of professional performance (ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice /nursing research, quality, evaluation, resource utilization, and environmental health) encompass the actions and foundation of professional nursing.
The RN possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas.
Responsibilities include assessing/admitting patients, rounding checks, giving medications, talking with family members, and being responsible for the overall care of your patients.
Requirements- Previous RN experience in critical care, or PACU
- All Direct Care RN's required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
- RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia.
- RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN.
- RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia.
We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $30.38 - $55.38. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
