Overview

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is a certified primary stroke center and Magnet® recognized facility. This position is for a Registered Nurse Inpatient Surgical at Sentara Health.

Position:
Full Time, Days shift. Up to $15,000 bonus available.

Williamsburg, VA

The RN is responsible for performing a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process.

Duties include:

• Assessing, admitting, and rounding on patients.
• Administering medications and performing clinical procedures.
• Communicating with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Providing overall care coordination and teaching.
• Documenting care in the electronic medical record.

• Experience: Previous RN experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Education: RN Degree:
  Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN.
• Certifications & Licensure: RN license valid in Virginia; BLS within 90 days of hire.

Base pay: $30.38 - $55.38 per hour. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
