Compensation:
Base pay $30.38 - $55.38 per hour, with shift differentials, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities up to $20,000.

• Assess and admit patients, perform nursing assessments, document findings.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Conduct rounding checks and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care, ensuring continuity and quality.
• Provide patient education and promote health and safety.

• Valid RN license in Virginia.
• Preferred qualifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, PALS, NHH (or other specialty certifications); BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Education:
  
  RN Diploma, ADN, BSN, or MSN.
• Experience level:
  Emergency Department (experienced).
• Strong critical thinking, ethical practice, cultural competence, and evidence‑based care.
