Registered Nurse Manager – Hospital Resource Pool / Coordinator for Stroke & Magnet

This role will manage approximately 20 FTEs and coordinate responsibility for Stroke and Magnet Programs at Williamsburg Regional Medical Center. The Manager will supervise and manage a 24‑hour operation.
ResponsibilitiesThe RN Manager is responsible and accountable for 24 hour operations, including scheduling, resources, mentoring and/or assisting staff, interviews, hires, and team development to achieve a highly effective work team. The Manager engages in talent retention strategies for the areas of responsibility.
Requirements- 2 years or more of Nursing Leadership REQUIRED
- 2 years recent RN bedside hospital experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor's in Nursing (or higher) REQUIRED
- RN License to practice in Virginia REQUIRED
- RN-Bachelor's Degree or RN-Master's Degree
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Compensationand Benefits
We provide market‑competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for full time employment is: $91,416.00 – $. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
