We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team! As a Registered Nurse
, you will be:
- Obtaining patient's clinical history and appropriate lab work ensuring information is documented and available for use by a licensed practitioner.
- Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Verifies informed consent and completes pre and post procedure documentation.
- Receives relays and documents verbal, written, and electronic orders in the patient's medical record.
- The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, prior experience working in a medical setting, and excellent attention to detail.
- Thoroughly document all patient services within a patient’s chart
- Follow all required safety regulations, including wearing appropriate safety gear, to maintain a safe work environment
- Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
- Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of Virginia
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with medical charting desired
- Strong attention to detail
Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
