Role:
PCU Registered Nurse (RN) providing high-quality patient care in hospital settings.
Responsibilities include:assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate records, following safety standards, and educating patients and families.
Qualifications:active Virginia RN license, at least 2 years of recent PCU experience within the past 4 years, current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications, recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test, COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption. Additional credentials may be required based on facility needs.
Key skills:patient assessment, cardiac rhythm monitoring, medication administration, interdisciplinary collaboration, adaptability to various hospital units, and compliance with infection control protocols.
Shift options:7a-7p & 7p-7a shifts, with flexible scheduling allowing for as little as one shift per month.
