• Leadership skills in customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Experience in employee retention, leadership development, and productivity enhancement.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of retail management experience if not.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
