• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts

• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Familiarity with retail technology and operations
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office
• Willingness to travel as required
