Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate, Williamsburg

The Hermâes Williamsburg Boutique opened in 2026 and focuses on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the New York Region. This position will report to the Managing Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate provides clerical support for both front and back of house operations in the Hermâes boutique.

All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

The Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate position begins in November and will go through December 30th.

• Support main floor traffic by greeting all clients, determining client needs, and escorting them to appropriate floor or sales associate.
• Support beverage service to clients in alignment with brand standards. Ensure that beverage supplies are appropriately stocked in partnership with management.
• Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to kids
• Support the sales team with selling process; hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to floor, retrieving stock, physical preparation of stock room.
• Organize and prioritize workstation and selling floor to support the sales effort ensure all items (bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and the like) are always stocked, maintain selling floor merchandise standards, straightening, filling in, etc.

The range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. Actual rates are determined based on job, location, and individual experience.
