working on the guest arrival team, you'll help create a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest as they arrive. You'll assist guests as they enter the toll plaza, help keep traffic flowing efficiently, and provide friendly service that sets the tone for a great visit. Get ready to make a great first impression from the moment guests arrive!

• greet guests at the toll plaza and efficiently verify or process parking for park entry
• process transactions in a fast & friendly manner
• adhere to all pos policies and procedures
• work as part of a team to increase productivity while providing excellent guest service
• practice safe work habits, including the use of personal protective equipment
• work other areas of the guest arrival team as needed

• active listener with the ability to anticipate guests' needs
• ability to work in a team to promote and ensure a safe and secure environment
• basic computer skills with windows/microsoft programs
• flexibility to perform varied duties
• ability to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register

• at least 16 years of age
• must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 50 lbs
• position engages in extensive walking and standing throughout entire work shift
• perform the following physical activities: kneeling, squatting, bend floor-to waist/waist-to-overhead, reach overhead, simple grasp and fine hand manipulation tasks (use of tools/keyboard/writing)
• perform cleaning duties; including use of cleaning chemicals
• must be willing to comply with all sea grooming guidelines and employment standards
• must be able to work indoors and outdoors, in varying weather, to include extreme heat.
• position may be exposed to fumes, dust, odors, loud noises, vibrations, motion, and cold/heat temperature extremes.
• work a flexible schedule/hour based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
• consistently practice safe work habits including the use of personal protection equipment (ppe) and reporting unsafe situations

compensation: 12.77 usd hourly
